Race Series Highlights

Eligibility Requirements
- Complete Our Advanced Course? You're QUALIFIED!
If you haven’t completed our Advanced Course, you may be eligible to participate if you possess any one of the following:
- SCCA Competition License
- NASA Competition License
- Documented racing or race car testing experience
- Please inquire if you have other experience
These requirements are general guidelines. Any exceptions to these requirements is at the sole discretion of Lucas Oil School of Racing.

Come join us for our annual Lucas Oil Formula Car Race Series – a world-class race series where you will compete against a score of up-and-coming drivers all vying for the title of Champion and claiming our FULL SEASON USF 2000 Championship Scholarship to move on to the pro ranks!
Our one-of-a-kind race series is completely arrive and drive – we provide the cars, the mechanics, and instructors so that you can focus on racing to the fullest of your potential.
About Our Race Series
We run two championships concurrently at each race event. Our Championship Series is intended for drivers under-30 with aspirations of pursuing a career in motorsport, where the season champion will receive a scholarship to move forward in their racing career. Our Masters Series is for drivers 30-and-over, where they are able to accrue points for a separate driver’s championship.
Eligibility
The Lucas Oil Formula Car Race Series is open to all drivers that have successfully completed our Basic and Advanced Racing Schools. Drivers with alternate experience are welcome to reach out to us with their relevant experience for a waiver.
Full Season USF2000 Scholarship
Our Championship Formula Car Race Series represents the first step on your journey to begin your professional racing career. For the fortunate driver who claims the title of Champion at the end of season, they will be rewarded with a FULL SEASON IN 2026 scholarship to advance their career. While only one driver will claim the title of champion, all of our competitors will receive an incomparable education helping to ensure their transition to professional motorsports is successful from the start.
- Subject to USF PRO CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES licensing approval for the 2026 USF2000 season for winning driver
- Team must be approved by Lucas Oil School of Racing
- Scholarship applies to cost of race events only
- Driver must provide budget for testing (pre-seasons, in-season & series tests) and crash damage
- Valid only for 2026 USF2000 / Not Transferable / Must complete full season
