Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Payments**: The policy states that registration fees and other payments are non-refundable under any circumstance, regardless of the cause. This means that once you’ve made a payment, you won’t be eligible for a refund, even if you change your mind or face unforeseen circumstances.
- Rescheduling**: Under certain conditions, you may be allowed to reschedule your program. The specific conditions are as follows:
- 21 Calendar Days or More Before Program Start Date**: If you request a rescheduling 21 calendar days or more before the originally scheduled program start date, and you originally purchased the program at the full retail price, you can reschedule once to another available date and/or location without any additional charge.
- Rescheduling Fee**: However, if you wish to reschedule your program again after the initial free rescheduling, a rescheduling fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the full retail price of your registration fee will be applied. In other words, if you reschedule multiple times, you’ll be charged this fee for each subsequent rescheduling.
- This policy is common in various industries, including education and event planning, to manage scheduling and resource allocation. It essentially allows some flexibility in changing the program date or location under certain conditions but discourages frequent changes by imposing a fee for subsequent rescheduling requests.
