Being a relatively new business, I wasn’t sure what to expect. My concern was unwarranted…the coaches, staff and equipment were top notch!!

[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]Just did the 2 day school at Lime Rock and it was an awesome experience. The entire program was top notch.
Phil the instructor covered everything we needed to know to get comfortable getting out on track all the way to race starts and passing. He kept things light and interesting.
Theses formula cars were awesome with paddle shifters, cameras, data logging and strong 2 liter Miata motors. The balance was incredible which gave me confidence to push the limit.
The crew was always available to make sure the cars were in perfect running condition and if there was any issues, they would have a backup car ready so you don’t loose any track time.
Most important to me was the excellent coaching I received while I was in the car so I could apply it right away.
This was my first open wheel experience while there were students in my class that have done many schools. The best compliment I heard was from the most senior student who said “The Lucas school was in another league from the Skip Barber schools I have taken before”
Can’t wait to go back and do more lapping.

[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]First time in a car or on a track was at Sebring and let me just say it was a blast. The teachers were great (been around the block not just a few times) and the students coming from all different levels gave me perspective. From a sim-racer background the first day was a bit rough but everyone was very kind and worked with me every step of the way. Even if you are not looking to get super into racing but are an enthusiasts it would be worth it. After looking at many other schools I’m glad I chose this one. It should be every newcomers starting point. Is a 6 star review possible?

[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]So far I’ve been through the 2-day school at NJMP and lapping at Mid-Ohio and both experiences have been top-notch. The instructors I’ve worked with have been amazing and are truly the best out there. The cars are a blast to drive, very forgiving when you don’t hit all your marks and even more rewarding when you get it right. I highly recommend Lucas Oil School of Racing whether you’re thinking about moving up from karts, or just want some affordable seat time with the kind of feedback and coaching that will make you a better, faster, and safer driver.
