You woke up in the middle of the night to watch F1 races live. Your Spring Break was the 12 Hours of Sebring. You grew up watching the Greats master tracks like Road America, Indianapolis and Lime Rock Park. Racing was always on your to-do list. But then life happened, and thoughts of competing took a back seat to work and raising your family. Now, after successfully building your career and sending your kids out into the world, you’re in a place where you can afford to go and try your hand at racing. But now what? There are countless ways to go racing, each with their own levels of difficulty and investment, both in terms of time and finances.

One way to get on the grid without the hassle is all-inclusive racing with the Lucas Oil School of Racing. Similar to all-inclusive travel, all-inclusive racing offers convenience and value for money for drivers getting started or getting back into racing, or just wanting to find out if racing is for them. We offer a comprehensive training program that takes you from learning to drive a race car, to building confidence and speed, to wheel-to-wheel competitive racing, all with a minimal investment of time and money.

What’s included:

  • An equally prepared and professionally maintained race car
  • Tires
  • Fuel
  • Access to some of the best racing circuits in the country
  • Professional instruction
  • A proven curriculum to get you up to speed
  • Data and video
  • Racing suit and helmet (or bring your own)
  • Track side hospitality

What’s not included:

  • Travel expenses (airfare, rental car, accommodations)
  • Racing shoes and gloves
  • Meals
  • Crash damage

Basically, everything you need to race can fit in a carry-on bag, and we take care of the rest. Pick a destination track here or there to check off your bucket list, or race for a championship. Either way you only pay for the seat time.

The Lucas Oil School of Racing maintains a fleet of Ray Formula Cars GR-RSC race cars for our competitors. Based on their race and championship winning GR-15 design, our cars are equalized in performance and equipped with the same digital display, data acquisition, video, and paddle shift technologies found in modern race cars.
